Rules and Policies

For your comfort these are our hotel rules and policies; read them carefully.
By reading and signing your hotel registration card at check-in, you are agreeing to abide by our hotel rules and policies.

Minimum age to reserve is 21.
Major credit card and valid official ID will be required at check-in.

Payment must be made in USD currency only. Full payment for the duration of your stay must be made at check-in. For your convenience the following payment methods are accepted: Cash; Certified check; Visa; Master Card; Discover; American Express

This policy applies to cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vapor-cigarettes, cigars, pipe, and all others. To protect and enhance our indoor air quality and to contribute to the health and well-being of our guests and employees, the Sea Spray Inn is a smoke-free facility. Smoking is prohibited in all enclosed and outdoor areas within the facility without exception, including guest units, common areas, stairs, pool area, outside entrance and walkway areas and all other enclosed facilities. Note that you are allowed to smoke in the courtyard behind the garden-side building, provided that you respect the other guests that would share the courtyard with you. Ashtrays are provided at this area. Please ask our Guest Services Manager for the location of the designated outdoor smoking area. If a smoking violation occurs or if we have reasons to believe that smoking has occurred where it is prohibited, the guest may be charged a non-refundable $250 fee without notice, and will be given one warning not to smoke in the prohibited areas. If this warning is not followed and smoking violation occurs again, the guest will forfeit all fees and will be asked to leave the hotel immediately. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring that our guests and employees are not subject to second hand smoke or smell.

Pools and Spa are in operation DAWN to DUSK only. Otherwise closed for your safety. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times. (strictly enforced) Children who cannot swim, or under the age of 13, must be accompanied in the water by a parent/guardian at all times. There must be a ratio of one parent/guardian per child. No diapers are allowed in the pools, regular or swim diapers. Inner tubes and rings are allowed for use but please respect other swimmers. Glass containers are not allowed near or in the pool. Acrylic glasses have been provided to you in your unit for this. Food is not allowed in the pool either. Running around the pool is prohibited. Diving, Pushing, Shoving, Horseplay, or Inappropriate Behaviour is prohibited. Diving, backward dives and flips are also prohibited. Individuals who cannot swim should remain in the shallow end. No children in diapers are allowed in the pool. For your safety. the pool will be closed for periods of 30 minutes in cases of bad weather (thunder, lightning strikes, tornado warnings, etc.)

Complementary Washer/Dryer are offered for your small personal laundry and for your convenience. The laundry area is provided to our registered guests only. The laundry area shall be kept clean at all times by anyone using it. Instructions and guidelines posted in the laundry area shall be followed and respected by anyone using the laundry machines. Use of BLEACH is prohibited. Detergent can be purchased at the office for a small fee.

Registered guests may not invite unregistered visitors to the Sea Spray Inn without special permission. Only registered guests are permitted on the property, at the pool, and inside the apartments. This rule is strictly enforced. Unregistered Visitors' vehicles shall be parked on the street only, not in the INN's parking lot.

Please indicate the need for a parking space at the time of reservation. One Off-Street parking space will be assigned to you upon check-in. Out of respect to other guests, please use only the parking space assigned to you. A parking pass will be given to you at check-in. This pass must be displayed on your dashboard at all times while parked at the hotel to avoid being towed. One ADA parking space is also available upon request.
