For your comfort these are our hotel rules and policies; read them carefully. By reading and signing your hotel registration card at check-in, you are agreeing to abide by our hotel rules and policies.

We do not offer daily housekeeping services, as most of our guests enjoy their privacy. For stays of seven nights or more, weekly housekeeping is provided.
Check-in time is 3 pm. If arriving later than 6 pm, please contact hotel directly to arrange for a late check-in. If you arrive earlier then 3 pm, we will try to accommodate an early check-in but there is no guarantee. At check-in, guests will be required to present a valid credit/debit card along with a valid form of identification, and sign the registration card. The hotel reserves all rights to refuse service to any guests of the hotel who do not follow or comply with hotel rules and policies.
Check-out time is 11 am. If you require a later check-out, please contact our Guest Service Manager before 11 am on the day before departure, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Payment must be made in USD currency only. Full payment for the duration of your stay must be made at check-in. For your convenience the following payment methods are accepted: Cash; Certified check; Visa; Master Card; Discover; American Express

This policy applies to cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vapor-cigarettes, cigars, pipe, and all others. To protect and enhance our indoor air quality and to contribute to the health and well-being of our guests and employees, the Sea Spray Inn is a smoke-free facility. Smoking is prohibited in all enclosed and outdoor areas within the facility without exception, including guest units, common areas, stairs, pool area, outside entrance and walkway areas and all other enclosed facilities. Note that you are allowed to smoke under the blue canopy, provided that you respect the other guests that would share the canopy with you. Ashtrays are provided at this area. Please ask our Guest Services Manager for the location of the designated outdoor smoking area. If a smoking violation occurs or if we have reasons to believe that smoking has occurred where it is prohibited, the guest may be charged a non-refundable $250 fee without notice, and will be given one warning not to smoke in the prohibited areas. If this warning is not followed and smoking violation occurs again, the guest will forfeit all fees and will be asked to leave the hotel immediately. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring that our guests and employees are not subject to second hand smoke or smell.
All pets are prohibited on property (a ﬁne of $250.00 will be applied to your bill if a pet is discovered, and you will be asked to leave). “Service animals” are allowed.

The Sea Spray Inn enforces this rule to ensure we can protect the resort and our guests at all times. In the event of a disturbance one warning will be given to reduce noise. If this warning is not followed, the guest will forfeit all fees and will be asked to leave the hotel immediately.
Accidental damages do happen sometimes. We reserve the right to charge the credit card on-file for any damages - accidental or not - caused to the property, or its content without further notice.
Pool opening hours are 8 :00am (8h00) to 9 :00pm (21h00) Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent /guardian at all times. Children who cannot swim, or under the age of 13, must be accompanied in the water by a parent /guardian at all times. There must be a ratio of one parent / guardian per child. No diapers are allowed in the pool, regular or swim diapers. Inner tubes and rings are allowed for use but please respect other swimmers. Glass containers are not allowed near the pool. Acrylic glasses have been provided to you for this. Food is not allowed in the pool. No running around the pool. No diving, pushing, shoving, horseplay, or inappropriate behaviour is allowed. Diving, backward dives and flips are prohibited. Individuals who cannot swim should remain in the shallow end. No children in diapers are allowed in the pool. For your safety. the pool will be closed for periods of 30 minutes in cases of bad weather (thunder, lightning strikes, tornado warnings, etc.)
Unregistered visitors are welcome to visit you while you are staying with us, however we reserve the right to limit the number of unregistered visitors on site to respect the other guests.. Unregistered Visitors' vehicles shall be parked on the street only, not in the INN's parking lot.
Please indicate the need for a parking space at the time of reservation. One Off-Street parking space will be assigned to you upon check-in. Out of respect to other guests, please use only the parking space assigned to you. One ADA parking space is available.
