Our newly redecorated rooms reflect a charming tropical atmosphere. All units are equipped with full kitchens and completely stocked with dishes and linens. Every unit has a color television, wireless high speed internet access, a vcr and is air conditioned for your comfort. Most have private balconies overlooking the beautiful Atlantic Ocean.

Our Terms and Conditions:

  • All rates in U.S. Dollars and are subject to state and local taxes.
  • Additional persons $10 per day. Children under 12 stay at no charge.
  • Occupancy limits (shown in parentheses) strictly enforced.
  • Some discounts available during the summer and for stays
    of a month or longer.
  • Check in 3:00 p.m. ~ Check out 11:00 a.m.
  • Three day minimum stay on holiday weekends.
  • Deposit Policy: 20% to confirm reservation.
  • Refund only with written notice received at least 21 days prior to arrival.
  • Full Balance due upon arrival.
  • Thank you for not smoking in our rooms.

From the Florida Turnpike, exit #62
or from Interstate 95, exit #32
Commercial Boulevard East toward the Ocean.
Cross Hwy A1A and turn right onto El Mar Drive
Sea Spray Inn is located one block down on the right
at the corner of Datura and El Mar Drive.
